No problem. Be warned though the output code is not that great and it will take some practice slicing...

There really is no one perfect way to do anything so you basically have to use all the tools available to make a decent site; like a graphics editor and a web developer/text editor, etc.

The code that Photoshop gives you leaves much to be desired and will require editing, however it will give you a good frame work to start with, it really depends on your scripting skills though. See it would be much faster, easier, and more efficient if you where good enough with CSS and HTML to just make the layout raw first hand and then make the images in Photoshop to fit the layout you created. (using pixel dimension etc.)
