I have bought several things from Newegg. The only problem I had was when a printer arrived mangled. Before you buy anything from them, make certain you read their return policy. I believe it varies from product to product, but in my case they wanted me to deal directly with the manufacturer, who thought it should be a vendor issue since it was damaged in shipping. |
