I've been using the Planet
www.theplanet.com (former EV1Servers) for a while now, and I'm very happy with their prices, customer support and servers.
No problems they haven't been able to help me with so far, and they do (much) more than most other non-managed dedicated server providers would do for your (software/OS help etc..)
