Should be in your system root C:\ called boot.ini (open with notepad).
Note, this is not the MBR itself, but it will let you edit the partition table. The partition table explaines to the computer how many hard drives there are installed and how they are divided up.
Again I must urge extreme caution, you can seriously damage your system if you make an error here. If you have never edited the partition table do a google search or get a book as to how.
