| Yeah, I know Newegg isn't alone, but whenever I buy a monitor from a local brick and mortar store I have a much more liberal return policy than most etailers or warranty policies. When you are allowed to make a return simply because you didn't like a product, anything goes for things like dead pixels.
I don't do much Brick and Mortar shopping, but it has advantages on things like that.
On a related note, those that like returning products that are well within the return guidelines should not use Best Buy. They have more horror stories than I can bother repeating with legit returns. |
