Good ideas though. Consider at least making a few more pages on the site, not all in one place. Get a little more ad exposure that way. Even consider a CPM type ad or two, people who frequently visit the same sites will learn to glaze over your adzones without even knowing. CPM ads will at least get something out of that great traffic.
Try moving an adzone to the top at least, add the visibility and prevent eyes from floating over it as they scroll. And frankly, I expect more ads on a site of that nature, where it is a utility based on ad revenue. Not saying I would want more, but it wouldn't deter me. I get put off by excessive ads on other types of sites, like blogs and forums. |
