The Series 9 (G92+G98) cards are scheduled to arrive in November.
Compared to the 8800GTX the 9800GTX will be significantly faster, (some unconfirmed reports say as much as 100% faster).
Secondly 9800GTX will support DX10.1 whereas the 8 series will not.
The G92 is rumored to have a 800mgz bus speed. (That's the speed data is transfered between the video card and the motherboard).
Cost will be the same as a current 8800GTX. |
