It's just a few months wait, and you'll get sooooo much for for the same amount of cash if you just have some patience..

Actually I think you made the right choice concerning the GTS. Its a very good card, they 8600 model would have cost less but you would have much decreased performance, while the 8800GTX is much more expensive. If you dont have the expedible income to get a GTX than the GTS is perfectly good.
Of course you could always get a N92 when they come out too...(the wife doesn't have to know). You do like my mother does, she intercept the credit card bills in the mailbox before my father can read them.
