I've used Globat on a couple of sites as well, but I haven't had much contact with their customer support so I can't comment much on that...
Other than that I've received rather quick replies the few times I've contacted them. But I haven't had any serious issues so they didn't have to come up with any complex solutions/answers...
Their price is quite good, and I think you/we get quite good features/available resources there as well so my overall impression is quite good (for shared hosting). |
