This is easy. Apple should just simply offer to not renew Universal's contract.
Let Universal be banned from iTunes, and watch their sales suffer. Universal's greed should not be rewarded. Their bullying to get more profits is disgusting, especially when so much of their revenue already comes from digital sales.
