I have a solution for you. Do what I do. Order them in the UK. Average new PC game is 24-26 pounds add another 3-5 for shipping. I usually pay 30 pounds (318 Norwegian Kroner), thats a 20%-25% savings.
Shipping is 3-5 days but If you pre-order it you'll have it on the global release day.
I don't want to be "advertising" for the game shop I use, but let me know if you are interested. I have been going through the same dealer since I moved to Europe. My only complaint is that the customer support is sometimes slow, though I have only needed to use it twice.
Only catch I see is that games will be in English, but judging the way you write I doubt that's a problem.
As for DDO, You lose nothing by downloading the free 10 day Trial.
DDO still remain my favorite MMORPG. But its not for casual players, its for hardcore RPG. There is no crafting, no PvP, and not every class is good at everything, so you must decide BEFORE you role your character. Nothing irritated me more that having my 22 lvl beefcake warrior get his butt kicked by a scrawny wizard in HtH combat (he didn't even use his magic). Thats when I lost interest.
The reason I have not signed up is I have so many games I bought to play. If it were free, however I would do it. Warhammer and Conan are coming however, and I think BOTH are going to kill the competition |
