My main beef so far other than lack of available inbuilt drivers is the fact that Microsoft seems to feel that it's necessary to change the layout in new versions, e.g the Control Panel, nothing is to be found in the same place that it was in previous versions. This is a real headf**k when you deal with 3 different versions, and multiple personal setups in one day.
I wouldn't mind if it was done to achieve a completely different outcome, but why move things, or in some cases such as true Administrators rights, make them almost impossible to access for no real reason.
