PHP all the way here as well..
Haven't tried ASP.NET that much, but I prefer LINUX and Open Source so that leaves ASP.NET out for now since ASP.NET has to be run on a Windows server.
(I know about the MONO project to get ASP.NET running on LINUX, but that one's not 100% stable yet)
ASP is Active Server Pages. .NET is the Miscrosoft's added version. So you like PHP better?
