There are a few good parking services out there, but even more bad ones but I guess you've done some research on that since you own a few..
The "easiest" way to generate some income from your domains, other than parking them, are probably to create some mini sites on them and write a few articles etc. about subjects you know about.
Then ad Adsense and a few other related ads from companies like Commision Juntion
www.cj.com and
www.linkshare.com
I use both myself on a few sites, and they can work really well if you find the right ads in there.
It can be a bit of trial-and-error in the beginning to find the best performing ads, but when/if you do then mini-sites can pay fairly good (and in many cases much better than just parking the domains)
