Post - Adbrite

I used this a few years ago and found it preferable to Adsense. Has anyone used Adbrite recently?

I have a site there with reasonable traffic that has not gotten a single Adbrite bid for a few weeks now. I do like Adbrite's little feature that it automatically displays other ads though. Not hugely useful, but nice.

Somehow, it is always adsense that pulls in the most.

i use adbrite and it way cool then google adsense. I got minimum bids of 0.05 to highest bid of $3 per click. It generates a good income. Well the only disadvantage is they pay you by check after 3 months by check and not by paypal. But they are better than any other adsense. They have a low payout of $10. I would suggest evryone to use it.

I'm with adbrite for a month now, but, my earnings are just a few cents. I never had someone to click on my ads. It's a sad thing! I’m not going to loose any hope. As a song once say “When the going gets tough, the tough get going”.

I think Adbrite pays by check to avoid the restrictions placed on transaction by Paypal. Many of the advertisers and sites selling space, are adult in nature, and Paypal doesn't allow transactions from adult sites.

I have mention that I’m not going to loose hope with Adbrite but I think that it would be better to loose them than loose my readers. Some of my readers are complaining that they are brought to another website.

If you allow interim ads, they will show before your visitors get to your site!

This can be avoided by changing the sorts of ads you will allow, then change the Adbrite code on your site!

Thanks for sharing the information but I have already dropped them because I am not making much money from them. I think that they aren’t the one best for my site.
