NewsFactor - Following up on a March promise to offer pre-installed Linux on select consumer models, Dell formally announced today that it will begin offering the Ubuntu 7.04 distribution of Linux in the coming weeks.
Apparently the boys+girls at Redmond Washington are most displeased with Dell decision to offer Ubuntu, I have heard they are planning some 'punitive' measures to keep Dell in line.
