Picasa
Well...
I have been trying by and by to get up some pictures of my family on my domain. The trouble I was having was the photo gallery that is provided by my host is for a picture here and a picture there not mass uploading FTP style. I searched all over the net to find a mass uploading software for either my computer or my website that would organize and create some kind of web page. I know the VERY basics of html so I don't really have the knowledge required to code and then upload into.
Google's Picasa is an awesome app that allows me to organize and rate my photos according to the directory they are in on my actual storage device. Under the Tools>experimental heading Picasa will actually upload your photos and create a basic page so that others can view this page. I think it is truly amazing. I have uploaded some screenshots

If you are looking for an easy to use (not for the knowledgeable coder) app that really does it all... look no further. The only downfall is that you have to come up with the index page.
If you don't have your own domain Google will let you share your photos on their photo place. Once your alloted space is full they allow you to RENT more space. I give it FIVE stars!!!
