Wow, it looks as if Firefox is THE internet browser

I always used IE until my son introduced me to Firefox. I don't use any of the plugins, mainly coz I don't know what they're for, but I do find the tab feature in Firefox extremely useful, as I can have loads of windows open at a time and it's so easy to sort through them, plus it always asks when I try to shut down thw windows using the little white X in the red box, top right hand of window.

yes firefox entered the lives of most people. I use firefox as well and use one of its pluggin called chatzilla. Its mainly for irc. Mozilla Firefox is a completely free, open source browser, designed in such a way that it protects your computer from viruses, spyware, and pop-ups more efficiently than other browsers like Internet Explorer. Thumbs up for firefox

I tried venturing away from Firefox to try another Mozilla product, the Thunderbird emal client. Definitely not doing that again.

I use Firefox. I don't now why some people switched back to IE because most of the "improvements" were just knock offs. Firefox is practically compatible with everything, and has a lot more customizations features. If you haven't tried it, then you really should.
