Post - Joomla CMS Rocks!!

I gave Joomla 1.0.12 a try and must admit it's a CMS I think I will stick with. Its usability requires a slight learning curve but the support for it is massive with thousands of groups providing support, templates, modules etc. and best of all its FREE!

have a look at joomla.org its definitely worth a look.

Joomla really is a good-looking interface. I'm looking at some extra time in the summer being able to develop some of my site ideas; having tried to install Mambo once I have been heretofore pretty intimidated by CMS. I'm gonna get over it for development purposes, though; I gotta get some o'this stuff off the ground.

I would certainly try it out, the install is easy and the only problems you may run into is installing third party modules or templates, all of which you can seek help from the excellent forums @ http://forum.joomla.org

Keep us updated I would like to see your new sites!

Hm, haven't tried Joomla yet, but I've got a ton of new ideas and quite a few domains but not enough time to program many new sites so maybe I should give it a try soon..

Joomla is awesome...it is definitely the best free content management software that is currently available...I use it on one website and it performs well at times...although using it on a shared host can cause trouble...I recommend using it on a dedicated server.

Joomla is a pretty good CMS. I've used it a while ago. It's definitely around the same league of Wordpress or over. I've seen Joomla templates auctioned off for $39.

I'm trying out Joomla, after having read several glowing reviews of it. I did read some that it may lag behind other CMSes in terms of SEO. How true is this?

Joomla 1.5 is finally out and this one looks better than ever. Completely redesigned GUI and tool sets. Uploading of themes, extensions, and modules was also combined in 1 interface. 2 words for it, easy and fun site building.

How similar is it to Mambo? Because I have a site right now running on Mambo and I am personally not a big fan of it.
