Precisely. If not I doubt if we will be able to listen to music with the huge background noise. Then again, why do people need this. Its not like we are going to spend a lot of time inside the laundry room.

very dumb idea, at first i thought it was a good idea.. maybe like the washer would tell your ipod when your cloths are done. Then I read the article and its for playing music.. so dumb.

I've never heard of anything like this until now. I think technology is getting a little to crazy. I mean maybe this works as an incentive to people to do their laundry, but hey come on, we can't be that lazy.
I just wonder what could be next !

I think LG has their hands in everything. They were the ones that made the $4000 refrigerator that Oprah gave to all her guests on the show. It has two TV's and Internet access built in.
