Post - What are you playing now. (or near future)

Apologies in advance to the user known as MightyMacbeth for plagerizing his idea on the other forum. But it was such a interesting thread I'd thought I'd revive here:

What are you playing now or plan to in the near furture?

I'll go first:

Right now I am switching between 3 games.

1. FEAR+the addon. I got this over a year ago but never installed it. I hate not playing games I buy, so I am catching up now. Its cool. I like the spooky aspect, I dont think its a fantastic shooter. I prefer Call of Duty.

2. Silent Hunter 4. I really like this game. There is something really enjoyable about blowing helpless merchant ships out of the water. The trouble is the game is so buggy, its hard to recommend. The latest patch caused more problems than it solved. I really hope they fix it its so frustrating.

3. Neverwinter Nights 2. I finally finished NWN: Hordes of the UnderDark. (Had to overcome a few compatibility issues between VISTA and NWN). So I am on to the sequel which is really good. I love DnD, I am working on a Fighter/Weapons Master but I might start over with a Paladin/Devine Champion like I had in the original game.

Well since I don't have my internet (will have it this afternoon) I haven't been playing much for online games...Plus I don't have my gaming rig set up so basically I have been playing the following...

Vice City (it is awesome on a 40" screen)

Scorched Earth (classic)

In the future I will be back to BF2, BFV, a lil CSS maybe some C and C...

This reminds me I need to put Railroads on the 40 and see how it is...I bet it would be like playing with a train set...lol...

Oh and next up on the home entertainment PC will be San Andreas

I don't have the opportunity to play games very often. However, when I do get to play, I've been playing Fate. It's pretty fun, and very addicting.

I gotta say, I am still playing Halo for the PC. I have loved the game since it first came out, and I haven't stopped playing it since. I of course had to get the Xbox version, but I still like the PC one much more.

What is it about the PC version that you prefer over the Xbox version of Halo? The games that I've seen for the Xbox, the graphics have been awesome.

I personally like the different maps on the PC halo, more weapons/vehicles, more online players, better controls ( a mouse is far more accurate than any analog stick), and the graphics on a good machine tend to be better.

I currently play Civilization III and Ghost Recon, some various third party mods and addons which brings more challenge to the games. Next up is Zac Mackraken and Monkey Island on my old A1200 when I have the system up and running again. Can't wait for it!

My software never has bugs. It just develops random features.
