Moniker has just announced that they've brokered the domain name Porn.com to MXN Ltd. for over $9.5 million!!

According to DNJournal.com Porn.com attracted a bid close to $7 million at T.R.A.F.F.I.C West Live Auction in March but did not meet the owner's reserve.

This may be the largest cash-only domain name sale in history since the sale of Sex.com for around $12 million also included stock options as well as cash.

If I only knew these things 10-12 years ago..

Domain Names are like Real Estate, premium domains attract bidders just like premium locations do .

They'll probably end up developing and flipping the domain and turning a profit closed to double in the end.

Gosh that's crazy, but everybody knows that Sex sells, I always wish I was smart enough to get good domains when they were out there cheap.
