Hey can you make it so that you don't have to click the add signature every time you quick reply?

It's annoying....especially since I have it checked off in my CP that it always posts the sig...it just doesn't do it for quick replies....Did someone get lazy

Plus every other forum I post in has that so I forget to do it....

Where is the setting in the user CP to click always show sig? I just realized that the show signature check box was for how threads are displayed not to always show your sig....

I am at a loss....lol

UserCP -> Edit Options -> Thread Display Options -> Visible Post Elements

Is it that one you're looking for??

From my so far interpretation that only allows you as an end user in how the forums are displayed....(I could be completely wrong, nothing new really )

I don't think there is a always show signature button since that isn't doing it....

I mean I have it set up like that on your other forum and many forums on the net....

Ah, so that's what you're looking for..
I manually removed the CHECKED tag on the "Show your signature" under "Miscellaneous Options" when you post replies since I'm not too fond of too many signatures in forums myself...
But I'll see if I can come up with a good system for you there soon.
(probably going to automatically limit to just one signature showing pr. member pr. page)

I could live with the above, I am not a fan of LARGE sigs myself but I feel that tastefully done ones that are not obnoxious aren't all that bad. Plus it encourages people to post so they can get themselves some exposure (kind of a reward) on the net.

Fixed this now..
And also made some changes so a members signature is only displayed once per page now.

Is that such a good idea? Some people, or most people recognize other people by their signatures and avatars. So for a members' sig to display once per page, and another member to follow a conversation would be very hard. :P
