I've been a regular reader at CopyBlogger for quite some time. Used to visit the site everyday just to look at its design. Absolute beauty by Chris Pearson.
So there is no doubt that the CopyBlogger theme is my top favorite.

Wow, 194 themes. It would take me hours to go through that many to see which one to choose! I might make a go of it, though. I really need to get on the wagon with everyone else that has a blog.
I personally like Brian's work, available at the URL below. He is a great designer and I've never had an issue with the themes he's provided. Given, I modify them to suit my needs, they are still just as good as is or as a starting point.
I actually worked with someone to modify WordPress to mimic my regular sites css stlye. It worked well. I can tell the difference but others don't really notice.
Kubrick and K2 were my favorite. I know, they're pretty common but they're still the best especially with wordpress's widgets. I'm following the development Anaconda though. It's a combination of Mollio and K2.
I agree with conrad. I don't really like any of the free themes. I usualy create my own custom one or purchase one from a freelance designer for a small fee. It just sucks to get them coded (costs a lot) .
