I agree that Yahoo has a good e-mail service and the messenger is not bad either (it beats the msn for sure).
But as for the search engine goes, Google is the best. It search results are far more relevant than the other engines.

I will go for Google, and Gmail. Yahoo mail is not a bad choice either. I think I read it somewhere (maybe TechCrunch) that they are going to make it unlimited from June/July onwards. Interesting how competitions serve customers best.

I like google for searching, yahoo for mailing. I just can't get used to how googlemail sorts messages. I try to remember to use Goodsearch to support my favorite charity, but Google is so superior that I usually end up using it.

Google all the way as for e-mail I am using Yahoo - the only thing that pisses me of is that free yahoo account can't be configured with Outlook.

If you need a quick anonymous email use www.hushmail.com and auto generate one, great for sign ups where you want your privacy protected...

They also offer encrypted email

I use Yahoo for email and Goggle for searching. I've never heard of hushmail. I might have to check them out. There are some times I just DON'T want to give my personal information.

I haven't heard of hushmail either. I definitely have a use for it at one particular blog I visit. Not that I am posting anything bad, but their privacy policy is nonexistent and I am always trying to make a point about it.

I prefer Google Search and GMail over Yahoo!

Yahoo!'s e-mail (with AJAX) tends to run a bit slow, which GMail runs just as speedy as ever and doesn't hang at times.

Mine's google for searching and yahoo for e-mails. But I also have e-mails in google, I simply like the beta interface of the new Yahoo mail better. They've also increased their capacity.
